<p> 　　新华网北京6月27日电&nbsp;记者27日从<a href="/a/xinwenzixun/4548.html">财政部</a>获悉，<a href="/a/xinwenzixun/4548.html">财政部</a>近日下发通知，对<a href="/a/xinwenzixun/xingyexinwen/1796.html">金融企业</a><a href="/a/xinwenzixun/xingyexinwen/5845.html">国有</a><a href="/a/xinwenzixun/falvfagui/196.html">资产评估</a><a href="/a/xinwenzixun/falvfagui/4949.html">监督管理</a>有关<a href="/a/xinwenzixun/3582.html">问题</a>进行了<a href="/a/xinwenzixun/1544.html">明确</a>。<br /><br />　　通知称，<a href="/a/xinwenzixun/xingyexinwen/1796.html">金融企业</a>整体或者部分改制为有限责任公司或者股份有限公司，合并、分立、清算或产权转让的，应对企业进行整体<a href="/a/xinwenzixun/falvfagui/196.html">资产评估</a>。<br /><br />　　通知还称，金融企业对子公司增资扩股时，因吸收新股东入股或企业原股东未按照原有出资比例追加投资等，造成原<a href="/a/xinwenzixun/xingyexinwen/5845.html">国有</a>股东股权比例发生变化的，需要对子公司进行整体资产评估。以非货币性资产增资或出资的，还应对非货币性资产进行评估。<br /><br />　　通知强调，中央直接管理的金融企业与其下属的独资企业之间，或者其下属独资企业之间的合并，以及资产或者产权置换、转让和无偿划转的，，未造成国有股权比例发生变动的，对相关的资产可以不进行评估。<p>(责任编辑：UN918)</p>
